A free martial arts taster session will be held in Leicester this weekend.
No experience is necessary and no equipment is required.
Attendees are encouraged to visit the academy, meet the staff, experience training, go at their own pace and any questions will be answered.
Organisers urged people to get in shape and have fun trying out combat sports.
This event will be held on Monday(JAN26), with Muay Thai pad work at 6pm and jitsu fundamentals at 7pm, both at Leicester Shootfighters MMA Academy in Burnmoor Street.
