The Susan Townsend Theatre in Leicester’s city centre is set to host a talk exploring the history of witchcraft next month, taking a feminist lens to the historical oppression of women through witchcraft.
The event run by Seed Talks is due to take place on Tuesday, February 3, at the theatre in Upper Brown Street.
The two-hour talk will begin at 7pm, exploring real life stories of the individuals tried for witchcraft and explore the idea that witchcraft was not a purely female crime.
Tickets cost £12.21 and can be purchased on the Eventbrite website.
