Hundreds of music fans were alive with energy when they gathered for a bassline event in Leicester that celebrated some of the genre’s biggest names.
The night at Leicester’s Eden venue on Saturday, November 29, was widely regarded as a standout moment for the local music scene and drew in a large and enthusiastic crowd from across the bassline community.
Teedee, Kdot, MNT, and a number of other well-known performers were on the list, each bringing their signature sound to the stage.

Fans were excited to see some of the most well-known songs in the scene played live as soon as the doors opened, creating a hyper environment.
When Teedee and Kdot took centre stage, it was one of the most eagerly awaited moments of the evening.
Fans demanded more as the pair’s upbeat version of their hit song Outside sent the audience into a frenzy.
Their performance demonstrated bassline’s ongoing impact on Leicester’s nightlife and its capacity to attract sizable, passionate crowds.
Excitement increased once the two left the stage and the lights went down.
The iconic MNT came out to play his classic song Footwork, which has long been linked to the performer’s unique sound.
One of the event’s high points was reached when the crowd erupted in wild cheers in response to his appearance, which increased the night’s momentum.
Beyond the music, the night was a reminder of the bassline scene’s strong sense of community.
One of his favourite parts of the evening, according to Nottingham University student Rhome Andrew, was the mood.
He said: “It brings the bassline community together, so it’s easy to have fun in big crowds like today’s one.
“It was good because I feel like bassline is still an underrated genre, so it was good to see so many people there.”
Leicester’s growing status as a major centre for bassline culture and nightlife was highlighted by the event’s successful attendance and standout performances.
Organisers and attendees praised it as a huge success, raising the bar for upcoming events.
