A rider who has had four podium finishes this year has signed with a new racing team for the Bennetts British Superbike Championship which is coming to Donington Park in Leicestershire in May 2025.
DAO Racing has signed Lee Jackson as its first rider for the 2025 championship.
Jackson, who achieved four podium finishes this year on the Honda CBR1000RR-R Fireblade SP, will remain on the Fireblade as he joins the new team.
Hailing from Lincolnshire, he said he was excited about the move, citing the continuity with Honda machinery as an advantage for the upcoming season.
DAO Racing team manager Jonny Bagnall praised Jackson’s late-season consistency and potential, calling him a valuable addition. DAO’s second rider for the 2025 season will be announced soon.
