The Cure tribute act Liqueur performed at Duffy’s Bar in Leicester filling the venue with the sounds of the 80s band’s best-loved hits.
The audience were treated to a variety of songs by The Cure, including big hits Close To Me, Just Like Heaven and Friday I’m In Love.
The performance was opened by electronica/post punk duo Venus Fly Trap, who warmed the audience up with their high energy songs.
Then it was the turn of the London-based Tribute act, who state on their website that “what makes Liqueur special is the fact that we all like The Cure; we’ve been fans since we were kids.”
