Birstall hosted a Christmas market that boasted food, drink and decorations for anyone wanting to get into the festive spirit.
The market on Saturday(NOV11) gave many locals a chance to view the many Christmas decorations that were on sale.
Many were also attracted to the wood fired pizza and barbecued food on offer at the front of the market.
Birstall Garden & Leisure, who hosted the event, described it as a day with “plenty of Christmas gift ideas, delicious food and lots of festive cheer.”
A Winter Craft Fair was also due to be held in Newtown Linford Village Hall, Birstall, on November 25.
