Forbidden Planet Leicester is hosting two big events this week.
The shop on Silver Street will celebrate Star Wars Day on Thursday, May 4, by having a 10 per cent off sale on all the franchise’s merchandise.
Then on Saturday, May 6, the shop will also be taking part in the international annual event ‘Free Comic Book Day.’
The store says they will be handing out free comics on the day as well as a 20 per cent discount on all graphic novels in the store.
There will also be cosplay and drawing contests with prizes given for the most creative costumes and artwork.
