Ready, set, run for mental health charity Mind!

by Abigail Beresford

Grab your running shoes and get your money at the ready! Mental health charity, Mind, is encouraging students to form teams and run 27 miles in 27 days during March.

The charity is challenging students to run these numbers to stand in solidarity with the 27 per cent of students who report to have a mental health problem whilst studying at university.

“There’s nothing I find more freeing than a morning jog, so there was no question in whether I wanted to participate, especially as it is for such a good cause,” said Jack Shaw, 23.
