DMU Pride celebrations will get off to a start next week with the launch event on Monday, February 3rd, in the university’s Campus Centre building,
DMU has now been celebrating Pride Month for thee years, and this year will feature a host of events and speakers, including Jack Monroe of Cooking on a Bootstrap, as well as Vinegar Strokes from Ru Paul’s Drag Race.
DMU students will be able to collect t-shirts and lanyards at the launch event, as well as talk to representatives from DMU’s LGBT society.
