UPDATE:
A woman has been arrested in North Leicestershire following a car pursuit by police, which ended with the driver crashing a stolen car into a tree.
The driver was arrested on suspicion of driving whilst unfit through drugs, possession of drugs, theft of the car, failure to stop and driving whilst disqualified.
