With the questionable benefits of using social media becoming an increasingly hot topic, students from De Montfort University in Leicester weighed in with their opinions surrounding the issue.
They were asked if they believe the positives of social media outweigh the negatives and exactly what made them think this way.
This follows a recent BBC article by Leo Kelion that calls to light many issues with social media such as age restrictions and the spreading of fake news.
