Kevin Misselbrook, the Customer Services Director for Access Group, said: “Personally it’s a great privilege to be part of this success.

“This is a company that has demonstrated the success you can achieve by leveraging on the talent and potential here in the UK.”

Whilst the company currently has an office in Ashby Road, Loughborough, the move will see it set up in the Loughborough University Science and Enterprise Park, swelling its number of employees from 900 to over 2,000.

Mr Misselbrook said: “We’re looking for talent across a broad range of applicants, from people who have years of experience in the industry through to graduates looking for their first opportunity in the software industry.

“Graduates coming into Access come into the business as a Customer Success Associate.

“This provides them with the opportunity to learn the business and gain experience in areas such as software support, systems configuration, implementation and customer care.”

This is a three-year programme providing training and the opportunity to gain professional qualifications.

Access Group’s turnover reached £120 million last year with 14 offices and 11,000 customers in the UK and France, and aims to raise its worth to £275 million by 2019 with 25,000 customers.

Mr Misselbrook added: “The investment in Loughborough is a great opportunity to centralise the staff resources that fuel the growth of our business.

“We never stand still, we are always looking at ways in which our software can help deliver efficiency for our customers.”

The firm has won many awards since its birth in 1993, including ISO, HM G-Cloud Supplier, International track 200, Global Awards, The Silver awards and the Green Business Awards.

Access Group also made it in to The Sunday Times’ 100 ‘Best Companies to Work For’ in 2014, 2015 and 2016.

Mr Misselbrook said: “We’ve increased holiday entitlements, introduced a sabbatical scheme for long-serving staff, and provided staff the opportunity to do some charity or community work in business hours.

“We look for staff to be hard-working and committed but also recognise the importance of a good work-life balance.”
