A silent disco party inspired by the hit Netflix horror series Stranger Things is being hosted this Halloween by the De Montfort Students’ Union.
Tickets for the event, which will run from 9pm on Monday (OCT31) until 2am the next morning at the union building on campus, are currently selling from £5, and the dress code is all things Halloween and fancy dress.
There will be three music channels during the silent disco, which will include 80s hits, current trending charts, and RnB all night long.
The idea for this theme came from the Netflix TV show ‘Stranger Things’, where characters in the show escape from the villain ‘Vecna’ through blasting their favourite songs in headphones.
The last entry for the event is at 12.30 am on the Tuesday.
