Leicester City Football Club is introducing a sensory shopping hour to allow fans with autism and additional needs the chance to shop in a comfortable environment.
The sensory shopping hour will take place on the first Friday of every month, starting tomorrow[FRI NOV19], from 10am to 11am.

Staff in the Foxes Fanstore have taken part in autism awareness training to be able to provide the right support and customer experience.
The changes made will include the lowering of the lights where it is safe to do so, and lowering the noise levels in the shop, including the music.
The time is specially allocated for individuals with autism, their families and their carers, and is a chance to take a break from the bright lights and loud noises that can be overwhelming to people with the condition.
