Two men were arrested for running what Leicestershire Police described as a ‘large scale cannabis factory’.
Officers raided the warehouse in Upper Bruntingthorpe, in the Harborough district on Monday.
Officers from Harborough Police’s Proactive Team said the discovery on Monday morning followed information passed to them by members of the community.
A Leicestershire Police spokeswoman said: “Officers found a number of suspected cannabis plants at a unit at Walton New Road Business Park just after 11.30am on Monday (2 November).
“Two men, aged 55 and 32, both of Bedford, were arrested on suspicion of cultivation of cannabis. They have both since been released under investigation.”
