Staff at Shepshed pub test positive for Coronavirus

The Bull and Bush pub in Shepshed has closed due to its owners and staff testing positive for coronavirus.

The owners woke up in the morning on Sunday (OCT11) with Covid-19 symptoms and closed the pub to protect their staff and customers, said a spokesman.

Pub owners are urging those who have drunk in the pub from last week to get tested and avoid social gatherings. If you are showing symptoms, then isolate yourself and take the necessary precautions.

“We urge anyone who drank in the pub last week to limit contact and avoid social gatherings of any kind for 14 days since your last visit,” said the pub owners.

The Bull and Bush will be reopening from next week depending on the pub owners’ symptoms.
