Hundreds of Leicester City FC fans queued for hours on Tuesday October 21 in order to meet a handful of the club’s players, including Leonardo Ulloa, who were signing merchandise.

The doors opened at the fans Megastore at 11.30, where initially only 500 people were allowed in. When doors closed at 15.00 the decision was made to stay open longer to accommodate for the amount of fans.

The players who attended the signing also featured; Marc Albrighton, Anthony Knockaert, Riyad Mahrez, Danny Simpson and on-loan Manchester United midfielder Nick Powell.

Drewb Gandhi, 23, sales assistant, said: “People were queuing from 11:30am this morning and we’ll be expecting around 750 over the course of the day.”

This was the first of 3 signing sessions, which will take place over the season and correlate with school holidays.
