Leicester City Council has granted planning permission for the change of use of a property at 70 Narborough Road from retail/office space to a dental surgery and clinic.
The decision, confirmed on January 9, allows Whetstone Dental Care Ltd to carry out the development, including alterations to the shopfront, on condition work begins within three years.
The new dental surgery will transform the former retail and office space into a healthcare facility. The planning approval covers only the change of use and shopfront alterations, and any future work such as highway access or modifications affecting disabled access, will need separate scrutiny by the authority.
