A Little Less Waste Café was named the 2022 business of the year award by the Best of Melton awards.
The shop started as a zero waste refill shop determined to improve the environment around them.
Founder Lucy Stones had the idea of starting the zero-waste business because she has a personal attachment to saving the environment.
The small business has now changed to include a plant-based café suitable for vegans, offering a range of snacks, soups and cake, all at a zero-waste rate.
