Leicestershire’s Historic Dance Group held a Historic Victorian and Jane Austen Dance session at The Crown at Asfordby for two hours last Sunday.
People of all ages, backgrounds and dance knowledge gathered at the venue to enjoy and learn the dances from the Georgian, Regency and Victorian era.
People could learn Quadrilles, Courtillians, court and line dances. Alongside Victorian dancing, the group also covers Georgian, Elizabethan, WW1 dances and much more.
