Stonebaked Pizza Co, a popular fast-casual pizza restaurant in Highcross, closed last week after being open for five years.
It is no longer on the Highcross website that lists all the shops and restaurants, and the shutters are permanently closed.
The restaurant made custom pizzas as well as a range of house specials, including a spinach and egg pizza.
It claimed that its pizzas took three minutes to cook, and generally aimed to serve customers as quickly as possible.
It was also ranked number four out of 131 “quick bite” places in Leicester on TripAdvisor.
The restaurant was forced to close after the company went into administration.
