ChocFest2018 back at Melton Mowbray for another year

By Ross Barnett

Chocolate lovers are set to descend on Melton Mowbray for the annual ChocFest on November 17th-18th.

The festival offers plenty of stalls to sample chocolate, cakes, pies, crepes, brownies and much more as well as workshops over the two days.

Over 120 chocolatiers will have stalls at the festival and they come from all over the Midlands.

Workshops are available for both adults and children and will be conducted by Leicestershire-based chocolatier Nenette Chocolates as well as Master Chocolatier and Chef, David Greenwood-Haigh.

Examples of workshops for children include chocolate lollies and ‘build your own chocolate bar’ while the adults can take a lesson in chocolate and gin pairing.

Tickets cost £4 in advance or £5 on the door with free entry for under 16s, however the workshops are subjected to surcharges.
