With today marking #StressAwarenessDay, De Montfort University students have been offered tips on how to deal with stress at university.
Mental health has become a key talking point at DMU recently with a Stop and Chat campaign taking off.

The scheme, led by Pamela Hardaker, Associate Professor for Student Experience, aims to make students aware that there are people who they can talk to regarding their mental health.
She can be contacted by emailing CEMstudentexperience@dmu.ac.uk.
Mollie Footitt, Deputy President of Education at De Montfort’s Students’ Union, explains what other help is on offer at DMU and also some helpful tips to maintain stress levels.
