Suffragette legacy on show at Newarke Houses

A talk on the legacy and tactics of the suffragette movement to celebrate a century since the granting of the vote to women is to take place at the Newarke Houses museum.

The talk, delivered by Cynthia Brown and celebrating the centenary , will address other campaigns for women’s suffrage as well as the motivation behind the campaigns and will be happening on Sunday 4 March at 2pm.
