Leicester Market Square is holding free Tai Chi sessions, as people of all ages can take part in a series of relaxing and stress relieving exercises.
The sessions began on 16th May and are held every Tuesday and Saturday morning, from 7:45 am – 8:30 am, and sign up is not required.
Tai Chi is a Chinese tradition involving practicing gentle routines which benefit the health, as well as improving movement, posture and balance.
These sessions are supported by De Montfort University’s Confucius Institute, which aims to offer a flavour of Chinese culture to students and wider communities.
