Traditional food and other treats from across Europe will be on offer next week when the continental market returns to Leicester.
The market will be in Gallowtree Gate and Humberstone Gate from Wednesday March 29 until Sunday April 2, selling delicacies including traditional German Bratwurst sausages, authentic French crepes and Dutch ‘profitjes’ pancakes.
A selection of exotic meats will also available to buy, including ostrich, crocodile and wild boar.
More than 40 traders will bringing their goods to the market, with traditional crafts, jewellery and homewares on sale as well as food and drink.
A street bar will be serving a variety of continental beers and wines.
The market will be open from 9am until 6pm Wednesday to Saturday, and from 10am until 5pm on Sunday.
