Leicestershire Police launched ‘Love Your Phone’ campaign at Highcross shopping centre on Tuesday, October 14.
A photo booth was set up for students to have a photo with police props to encourage them to sign up for the cause.
Their aim is to prevent the number of mobile phone thefts.
